CONWAY — Cathedral Ledge Distillery started earning its initial batch of accredited handcrafted natural spirits last 7 days and hopes to open up its tasting place in a handful of weeks, say its house owners and head distiller.
“We commenced producing our first vodka the 3rd 7 days in November,” explained Christopher Burk in the course of a guided tour of the facility, accompanied by spouse (and co-operator) Tracy, dog Belle and head distiller James McCoy.
